What’s the Key or the Secret to success – Luckscout Millionaires Club

Isn’t it time to achieve your dreams and change your life? Maybe your life is already good, but you’d like to make it better; maybe it is not as good as it could be, and you really want to change it, but… you don’t know how.

It’s a great idea to try to have a better life, especially if people are willing to support you and show you the right way, to do that.

It is your right to be healthy, wealthy and happy in this world. Why not you, when so many others are living the good life? There’s no difference between you and those who have great lives. If you are here on this page and you can read these words, it means you have everything you need to create a fabulous life.

Have you seen how some people make millions, but how so many others struggle to make money and seem to just get by? Did you know that it is possible to become wealthy or even a millionaire, when (1) you are serious about it, (2) when you start from the right place, and (3) when you learn from people who want to help you to achieve your dreams? It makes sense to follow the guidance of knowledgeable people who can prove that it is not only possible to become a millionaire but who want to create a big community of millionaires.

What’s the Key or the Secret?

If you want to become a millionaire, you must think and behave like a millionaire, but… this will remain out of reach as long as you believe that it is impossible.

Most people live and die poor because they don’t know how to think and act so as to attract money. To make a lot of money and to become wealthy, you don’t have to be a genius, but you do need to change your mentality.

Those in the know can be a big support. They can give you encouragement, which is what you need to follow your goals and achieve your dreams. They can also show you the right way to go about this and they can provide the instructions and tools you need. This is what we are serious about and want to do here on this site.

To become rich and financially free, you have to have two things:

  1. At least one good source of income that makes a lot of money for you.
  2. Some good and strong strategies to use the money you make to make more money and grow your wealth.

The first one is to generate the cash-flow and income. It is the source of the initial principal and capital you need to (1) cover your life expenses and survive, and (2) to make more money and become rich through the second item.

The second one is to force your money to make more money.

You can become rich only when both of the above factors work with each other. You make a good and reasonable amount of money through the first factor, and then use a portion of the money that you make to make more money through the second factor.

This is something that makes you rich and financially free:

It gives you money freedom, so that you can afford a good and comfortable or even a luxury life. It gives you location freedom, so that you can live anywhere you like. It gives you time freedom, so that you can enjoy your life the way you want.

Both of them are necessary if you want to become rich and financially free. The first one is good, because it makes a lot of money and creates wealth, but it doesn’t make you rich because making a lot of money doesn’t necessarily mean you are rich.

To become rich, you have to force the money you make to make more money for you. You have to make your money, make more money for you. This is how your wealth grows within a short time and without any extra effort, and so you will become rich.

5 trends every SME owner needs to watch out for this year

By Guest Thought Leader: Dr. Yudhvir Seetharam                                         Published: 12 Jan, 2017 08:14 AM

According to National Treasury, the GDP growth rate is forecasted at an estimated 1.3% for 2017. The outlook points to a tough year ahead for business; however, there are a few trends that promise a positive narrative for businesses during the year.

“It isn’t all doom and gloom: Yes, the economy is slowing – however businesses that want to gain any wins in the market place in 2017 will have to operate in a more astute manner”

says Dr. Yudhvir Seetharam, Head of Analytics at FNB.

Seetharam shared his outlook on a few trends in various industries that we can expect in 2017.

Growth in the pre-owned car market spurs on SME’s in related markets
The new car market will most likely continue to slow in 2017 as cash strapped consumers continue to opt to keep their cars. The saving grace for this sector will ultimately come from the pre-owned and spare parts market, and through it we are likely to see an increase in sales from businesses that sell tyres, spare parts and batteries as consumers look to stretch their Rand.

Fast-food uptake
Fast –food franchises will likely experience growth as more consumers will opt to buy takeout over the traditional sit-down restaurant as the price tends to be more favourable.

Tourism to continue growing
South Africa has remained a popular luxury destination for many international travellers; especially as it offers a world class experience from shopping to pristine beaches and unforgettable safari’s at a fraction of the price.

A weaker Rand makes for a favourable exchange rate for foreign tourists travelling to South African. Locals who would have otherwise travelled abroad, will most likely travel within the country creating a greater income stream for tour operators, transport, hotels, bed and breakfasts. .

Increased use of the eCommerce platform
With an increase in the number of people with accessibility to the internet and a population that is becoming more digitally savvy, we are bound to see more online solutions. Today’s digital age prefers to make their purchases and do their business online.

Agricultural sector to stabilize
The past year for most farmers was a challenging year due to the drought conditions our country experience. With a 75% likelihood of a La Niña weather phenomenon, the much needed rain will bring relief to the sector.  If the rain is consistent, we will see a normalisation in crop production. The meat market may still add to the food inflation but with good rains, we may see a general decrease in overall food inflation.

The latest Business Confidence and Consumer Confidence Indices indicate that South African consumers and businesses have similar expectations; consumer confidence has increased marginally, but it still below historic averages. This implies that while consumers have a slightly more positive outlook on the economy, their spending patterns are likely to remain unchanged. In contrast, Business Confidence, in the motor and retailer sectors have dropped, indicating that these businesses expect dampened sales and profits over the short term.

“2017 will no doubt be a trying year for SME’s across all industries, but with a recovering world market, and a Rand that is finding strength, we should start to see an upward trend towards the end of 2017 – hopefully the worst is behind us” concludes Seetharam.

Keep It Simple: How To Write A One Page Business Plan

There was a time when business plans were anything from 75 to 100 pages but today 10 to 15 can be considered too long.

If you’re hungry for your piece of the business pie but don’t exactly want to spend a couple months playing hit and miss with investors and potential customers then a one page business plan could be the answer you’ve been looking for.

Being able to simplify your business concept is a useful skill to have and it was Alexander Osterwalder and Eric Reis who decided that we should stop taking the long way around when it comes to business plans and product development.

6 things you should be grateful about

6 things you should be grateful about deals with the things that are granted to us but we often take them for granted and it is only after losing them that we realize that how important those things were and we should have taken care of them. So, this article will work as a reminder to point out several things that you should and you must care about before time slips through your hands.

The first and foremost will be this “life”. Yes, you should always be grateful for the fact that you are alive and living, you are lucky enough to participate and live in this beautiful world (for once, ignore the negative aspects of life and the world around you). You are living while there are many people out there who are losing their lives by accident or misfortune. So always be grateful for you are alive and use this life to do whatever you can so that you do not have to die with any regrets.

The second will be your body and health. No matter how you look, how others look, whether you are black, brown or white, whether you are tall, skinny or muscular, whether you have beautiful eyes or normal eyes, just be grateful that you have a healthy body. Think of children who are blind since birth, people who loose limbs or get disfigured during wars or accidents people who are suffering from chronic diseases and waiting to die, think and know that you are lucky and as perfect as you could have been. Stop comparing yourself to what others look like and be satisfied that you have good body and health. Even if you are not healthy, health is something that is in one’s own hands, do something about it and sweat it out. Fight your illnesses and be healthy. Be grateful for this body and health before you lose it all.

Third thing that one should be grateful about is parents, families and friends. Yes, you ought to value them, care for them and love them no matter what. You must love them as much as you can even if you do not get enough love in return because once they are gone from your life, no matter what you do; people never come back from death. So, realize their importance and cherish all the time you get to spend with them. Think of all poor babies and children who are orphans or lose their parents in some accidents, they will never what is meant by family love and bonding. Be grateful for the family and friends you have been blessed with and also try and share your love with the less fortunate as they too deserve happiness as all humans do.

Fourth thing that one should be grateful about is Nature. Have you ever been grateful to it? Or have you always taken it for granted? If you have, then it is high time that you stop taking Nature for granted and value it. Mother Nature is greatest of all, it has been providing humans since the beginning and it continues to do so. We ought to thank her and take care of her for if Nature had not been there, life would not have been able to flourish or even survive on Earth. It is time for all human races to realize that we need to stop exploiting the Nature for our mean requirements. We have to value her and take care of her in order to keep it safe because if Nature keeps deteriorating then soon the entire human race will also be wiped off from the face of Earth. Be grateful to the all giving and all providing Nature for Sun and its warmth, greenery and its beauty, water, air plants and animals and every little thing that is crucial for our existence.

The fifth thing that is often ignored by us and is often taken for granted is our potentials and capabilities. Our talents and hobbies are now often not properly honed and shaped but instead we all are running in the global race of economy and chasing money. It is very important for us to realize that we all have hidden talents and potentials and we should realize those and exercise them in best ways. A person who is interested in painting and art when forced to become a doctor because that profession offers more money and security, will never be happy and successful as a doctor. And we should admit it that this phenomenon is quite common in our nation. Let us stop being a part of this blind race for money which is never ending and concentrate on bigger things that make life like happiness and satisfaction. Do not waste your talents and capacities, realize them and be grateful for what you already possess.

The sixth thing that you should be grateful for is your birthplace, your native country, and your homeland or mother land. This is also very important to realize as today there are many Indians who long to go in foreign countries and abandon their roots forever. They want to disassociate themselves from all that this “bad” in our country and want to escape in a newer world. This belief system is quite wrong and utopic. Because every nation has had its good and bad times and India is a developing nation and that is the reason what the situation here is difficult. It is India which requires the strength of its citizens who will work for its betterment and in a situation like this if one wish to settle abroad and not to look back at his or her motherland then it is cowardice and betrayal. No matter how good or bad your nation is, it is nevertheless your nation and you ought to love it, respect it, and work for it.

Do not overlook these things as these are what you should always be grateful for!

Critical Things Ridiculously Successful People Do Every Day

They focus on minutes, not hours. Most people default to hour and half-hour blocks on their calendar; highly successful people know that there are 1,440 minutes in every day and that there is nothing more valuable than time. Money can be lost and made again, but time spent can never be reclaimed. As legendary Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller told Kevin, “To this day, I keep a schedule that is almost minute by minute.” You must master your minutes to master your life.

They focus on only one thing. Ultra-productive people know what their “Most Important Task” is and work on it for one to two hours each morning, without interruptions. What task will have the biggest impact on reaching your goals? What accomplishment will get you promoted at work? That’s what you should dedicate your mornings to every day.

They don’t use to-do lists. Throw away your to-do list; instead schedule everything on your calendar. It turns out that only 41% of items on to-do lists ever get done. All those undone items lead to stress and insomnia because of the Zeigarnik effect, which, in essence, means that uncompleted tasks will stay on your mind until you finish them. Highly productive people put everything on their calendar and then work and live by that calendar.

They beat procrastination with time travel. Your future self can’t be trusted. That’s because we are time inconsistent. We buy veggies today because we think we’ll eat healthy salads all week; then we throw out green rotting mush in the future. Successful people figure out what they can do now to make certain their future selves will do the right thing. Anticipate how you will self-sabotage in the future, and come up with a solution today to defeat your future self.

They make it home for dinner. Kevin first learned this one from Intel’s Andy Grove, who said, “There is always more to be done, more that should be done, always more than can be done.” Highly successful people know what they value in life. Yes, work, but also what else they value. There is no right answer, but for many, these other values include family time, exercise, and giving back. They consciously allocate their 1,440 minutes a day to each area they value (i.e., they put them on their calendar), and then they stick to that schedule.

They use a notebook. Richard Branson has said on more than one occasion that he wouldn’t have been able to build Virgin without a simple notebook, which he takes with him wherever he goes. In one interview, Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis said, “Always carry a notebook. Write everything down. . .. That is a million dollar lesson they don’t teach you in business school!” Ultra-productive people free their minds by writing everything down as the thoughts come to them.

They process e-mails only a few times a day. Ultra-productive people don’t “check” their e-mail throughout the day. They don’t respond to each vibration or ding to see who has intruded into their inbox. Instead, like everything else, theyschedule time to process their e-mails quickly and efficiently. For some, that’s only once a day; for others, it’s morning, noon, and night.

They avoid meetings at all costs. When Kevin asked Mark Cuban to give his best productivity advice, he quickly responded, “Never take meetings unless someone is writing a check.” Meetings are notorious time killers. They start late, have the wrong people in them, meander around their topics, and run long. You should get out of meetings whenever you can and hold fewer of them yourself. If you do run a meeting, keep it short and to the point.

They say “no” to almost everything. Billionaire Warren Buffet once said, “The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say ‘no’ to almost everything.” And James Altucher colorfully gave Kevin this tip: “If something is not a ‘Hell Yeah!’ then it’s a no.” Remember, you only have 1,440 minutes in a day. Don’t give them away easily.

They follow the 80/20 rule. Known as the Pareto Principle, in most cases, 80% of results come from only 20% of activities. Ultra-productive people know which activities drive the greatest results. Focus on those and ignore the rest.

They delegate almost everything. Ultra-productive people don’t ask, “How can I do this task?” Instead, they ask, “How can this task get done?” They take theout of it as much as possible. Ultra-productive people don’t have control issues, and they are not micro-managers. In many cases, good enough is, well, good enough.

They touch things only once. How many times have you opened a piece of regular mail—a bill perhaps—and then put it down, only to deal with it again later? How often do you read an e-mail and then close it and leave it in your inbox to deal with later? Highly successful people try to “touch it once.” If it takes less than five or ten minutes—whatever it is—they deal with it right then and there. It reduces stress, since it won’t be in the back of their minds, and it is more efficient, since they won’t have to re-read or re-evaluate the item again in the future.

They practice a consistent morning routine. Kevin’s single greatest surprise while interviewing over 200 highly successful people was how many of them wanted to share their morning ritual with him. While he heard about a wide variety of habits, most nurtured their bodies in the morning with water, a healthy breakfast, and light exercise, and they nurtured their minds with meditation or prayer, inspirational reading, or journaling.

Energy is everything. You can’t make more minutes in the day, but you can increase your energy to increase your attention, focus, and productivity. Highly successful people don’t skip meals, sleep, or breaks in the pursuit of more, more, more. Instead, they view food as fuel, sleep as recovery, and breaks as opportunities to recharge in order to get even more done.

Success Habits

Having close access to ultra-successful people can yield some pretty incredible information about who they really are, what makes them tick, and, most importantly, what makes them so successful and productive.

Whenever you see a successful person, you only see the public glories, never the private sacrifices to reach them.” – Vaibhav Shah

“What is your number one secret to productivity?”
